Hawk Leaders
The Hawk Leaders mentoring program was created to help freshmen feel connected at Olathe East and bridge the gap between the grade levels. This program allows the mentors to develop leadership skills and gain actual experience of leading a small group of their peers. Hawk Leaders consist of juniors and seniors mentoring groups of freshmen through a variety of activities and discussions on a bi-weekly basis.

Providing students with a safe and orderly learning environment is a top priority of this district and community. The Board of Education has adopted a Code of Student Conduct that the district expects all schools to implement and that all students will follow. This Code of Student Conduct defines a clear standard of behavior essential to an effective school.
