Steps for Online Physical Registration

1. Print the pre-participation physical form below and take it to the physician's visit:

2. Log into your ParentVUE portal within Synergy.

3. Follow these instructions for uploading the form to ParentVUE:

Middle schools offer a competitive, intramural cross country program for boys and girls, grade 6. Interscholastic cross country is offered for grades 7-8.

Sixth-grade track and field, an intramural, is not under the jurisdiction of the Kansas State High School Activities Association. Interscholastic track and field is offered for grades 7-8.
